Triangle blurs a texture. ​

Description

The Triangle Blur box blurs the texture using a triangle filter.

The Triangle Blur may be used in the detection process or as a post process.

The Triangle Blur may be demanding in computer resources. With high resolution textures, the frame rate may be affected by this process. A best practice is to use a Format box before the Triangle Blur box to lower the resolution and achieve better performances with a similar result.

Inputs

Blur Amount Float Receives and overrides the Blur Amount parameter.
Texture 2D Texture Receives the texture to be processed.

Outputs

Texture 2D Render Target Outputs the processed texture.

Parameters

General

Range Int Sets the amount of red pixels within the range. May reduce the frame rate if set too high.
Enable Input Pin: Blur Amount Toggle Enables the Blur Amount Input Pin.
Blur Amount Float Sets the blur amount value.
Direction String Sets the direction of the triangles.
Symmetry String Chooses the triangle type between symmetrical or asymmetrical.
Custom Angle Float Sets the angle in degrees of the blur.
Enable Randomize Toggle Enables the randomization of the blur.
Random Amount Float Sets the random amount.
